Full registration fee includes:

Excursion

The excursion will take place in and around Heidelberg on Tuesday 10th March 2026,
after the plenary session in the morning (~ 11:00 am). (~70 EUR, included in the fee).

Social Dinner

The evening event will take place on 11th March 2026 at 7:00 PM (60 EUR, not included in the fee).

Travel Grants for Early-Career Researchers

A limited number of travel grants will be available for early-career researchers (Bachelor, Master, or PhD students) to attend Pherosphere 2026, the Workshop of the IOBC/WPRS Working Group “Pheromones and Other Semiochemicals in Integrated Production” 8–12 March 2026 | Julius Kühn-Institut, Dossenheim, Germany These grants aim to support young scientists with limited financial resources, enabling them to present their research, exchange ideas, and connect with the international community in the field of semiochemical-based pest management. Each grant may provide up to 500 EUR towards travel and participation costs. If the grant does not fully cover the expenses, applicants will need to contribute to the remaining costs themselves.

The data collected will only be used for the implementation of the Conference Pherosphere from 08 – 12 March 2026, Dossenheim and the related measures. The data will not be passed on to third parties. Your data will be deleted three months after the end of the conference. The data will be processed by the local organizers. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of organizing the conference, e.g., sending conference materials and invoices. Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Photographs of participants will be taken during the event. The photographic material will be used for both internal and public documentation as well as for reporting purposes.
