„I am where I am needed – and I give it my all.“

For many years, I have been supporting the management of the central department at the JKI – currently as the department head's assistant. I organise appointments, coordinate processes and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I also contribute my experience in the area of budgeting and relieve my colleagues of administrative tasks.

My path here has been varied: from trained gardener to positions in accounting, I joined the former Institute for Breeding Research in 1989 – first in the typing pool, later in the office. With each change, I have developed, learned new things and tackled whatever needed to be done.

What sets me apart? Reliability, pragmatism and team spirit. I enjoy working with people – and I am convinced that good organisation can only succeed if you keep an eye on the big picture and at the same time listen to others.
